Qualification requirements
- (1)Persons aged 18 or over who have completed 12 years of school education through the normal course in their home country
- (2)Those who have Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5, J-TEST F Level, NAT-TEST Level 5, or equivalent or higher Japanese proficiency
- (3)Those who have studied Japanese for more than 150 hours in their home country
Selection process
- (1)We will examine the contents of the application documents, confirm and examine the intention to study abroad, study abroad, educational background, financial situation, etc.
- (2)Written test and interview for the applicant
- (3)If necessary, we will conduct an interview with the financial supporter such as a family member to confirm the content of the application documents
(Admission may be denied depending on the results of the screening process.)
Notification of selection results
- (1)Notification of acceptance or rejection will be issued based on the selection results.
- (2)Successful applicants will receive detailed information about admission procedures and obtaining a student visa.

*Remarks
- (1)Additional documents may be required, as they vary from person to person.
- (2)Documents to be submitted may differ depending on the applicant’s nationality.
- (3)The above documents issued by schools and public institutions must be within 3 months from the time of application.
- (4)Submitted documents will not be returned, but the originals that cannot be reissued will be returned.。
Flow from application to admission

The application for the “Certificate of Eligibility” will be processed using the submitted application documents. It takes about three months for the examination by the Immigration Bureau. |
(7) | Announcement of examination results Issuance of Certificate of Eligibility (COE) |
The applicant or agent will be notified of the pass/fail result of the issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility. (mid-February for April students, late August for October students) |
(8) | Payment of Tuition and Fees | We will send you the original Certificate of Eligibility immediately after payment of tuition and fees. |
